The Practice
Araoz Enterprises is an independent practice built on a simple observation: financial work generates technical problems, and technical work has financial consequences. I handle both.
The foundation is eight-plus years in manufacturing accounting — cost accounting, variance analysis, inventory optimization, ERP systems. The development practice grew directly out of that work: the dashboards, pipelines, and tools I now build for clients are the same ones I first built to do the finance work better. Each side of the practice makes the other sharper.

Every engagement starts with the real problem, not the stated one. I scope narrowly, communicate in plain language, and deliver things that keep working after I leave — whether that's an analysis, a data pipeline, or both.
